  1. 2 bunches asparagus spears
  2. 100g prosciutto, thinly sliced
  3. Shaved parmesan
  4. Cracked black pepper
  5. Olive oil, to serve

The instruction how to make Asparagus wrapped in prosciutto

  1. Trim asparagus spears and blanch in boiling water. Remove from warmness, plunge into iced water, set aside for five mins and drain.
  2. Cut every asparagus spear in half of to make shorter stalks, then halve every stalk lengthwise. Gather three asparagus portions and carefully wrap a skinny slice of prosciutto around the package (if prosciutto portions are too massive, tear them into thinner lengths). Repeat for last asparagus and prosciutto. Place on a serving plate and sprinkle with shaved parmesan and cracked black pepper. Drizzle with a little olive oil, if favored. Serve at once or refrigerate till wished.
