The ingredient of Spinach & bacon salad

  1. three rindless bacon rashers, trimmed
  2. 175g bag English spinach
  3. 125g (half punnet) cherry tomatoes, halved
  4. 6 difficult-boiled eggs (see tip below), peeled, halved
  5. 80mls (1/three cup) Italian salad dressing
  6. Ground black pepper, to flavor

The instruction how to make Spinach & bacon salad

  1. Cut the bacon into large portions. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium warmness and cook the bacon pieces for 3 mins or until crisp. Drain on paper towel.
  2. Place bacon, spinach Mix and cherry tomatoes in a serving dish and toss to mix. Top with the difficult-boiled eggs and drizzle with the Italian salad dressing. Sprinkle with black pepper and serve straight away.
