The ingredient of Pork chops and papaya

  1. three garlic cloves, finely chopped
  2. half cup olive oil
  3. 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  4. 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  5. four red meat chops (250g each)
  6. 2 shallots, finely chopped
  7. 1 small pink chilli, finely chopped
  8. Zest and juice of one lime
  9. 1 red papaya (500g), reduce into 1cm cubes
  10. 1/4 cup coriander leaves, kind of chopped
  11. 440g can black beans, rinsed, drained
  12. 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  13. Extra lemon wedges, to serve

  1. Combine garlic, olive oil, sugar and paprika in a small bowl to form a paste. Season chops and coat inside the paste. Preheat fish fry to medium excessive.
