  4. four (200g each) beef cutlets, trimmed
  5. 1 medium brown onion, chopped
  6. 1 garlic clove, overwhelmed
  7. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  8. 150g baby spinach
  9. 2 x 400g cans cannellini beans, drained, rinsed

  1. Combine maple syrup and mustard in a bowl.
