The ingredient of Chinese red meat money bags
- 40g baby spinach
- 350g red meat mince
- 2 inexperienced onions, finely chopped
- 1cm piece sparkling ginger, peeled, finely grated
- 1 half tablespoons mild soy sauce, plus 1/four cup greater
- 1 tablespoon shao hsing (Chinese rice wine)
- 3 teaspoons Yeou2019s Pure Sesame Oil
- half of teaspoon floor white pepper
- forty wonton wrappers
- Peanut oil, for shallow-frying
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chilli oil (see note)
- 1/3 cup sparkling coriander leaves, to serve
The instruction how to make Chinese red meat money bags
- Place spinach in a heatproof bowl. Cover with boiling water. Stand for 1 minute or till wilted. Drain. Squeeze out extra moisture. Finely chop.
- Place spinach, mince, onion, ginger, soy sauce, shao hsing, sesame oil and white pepper in a bowl. Using your arms, mix to mix.
- Place 1 wrapper on a flat floor. Spoon 1 rounded teaspoon of mince combination in centre of wrapper. Brush part with a bit bloodless water. Fold up sides to shape a pouch, twist and pinch to enclose filling. Repeat to make forty money bags in overall.
- Heat peanut oil in a massive, deep frying pan or wok over medium-high warmth. Cook money luggage, in four batches, turning, for two to 3 mins or until browned and cooked thru. Drain on paper towel.
- Combine greater soy sauce and chilli oil in a serving bowl. Place money luggage on a serving platter. Sprinkle with coriander leaves. Serve cash bags with sauce.
