  1. 2 slices bread, crusts removed
  2. 60ml (1/4 cup) milk
  3. 500g red meat mince

  15. 125ml (half of cup) tomato sauce
  16. 60ml (1/4 cup) rice wine vinegar
  17. 1 tablespoon caster sugar
  18. Steamed brown rice, to serve
  19. Fresh coriander leaves, to serve (optionally available)
  20. Bean sprouts, to serve (elective)

  1. Place the bread in a bowl and cover with the milk. Set apart for two minutes to soak. Squeeze out the milk and vicinity the bread in a big bowl.
