  1. 1 cup raw buckwheat, rinsed, tired
  2. 500g beef rump steak, trimmed, thinly slice
  3. 2 teaspoons Sichuan peppercorns, beaten
  4. 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  5. 1 brown onion, reduce into thin wedges
  6. 1 purple capsicum, chopped
  7. 2 garlic cloves, beaten
  8. 1cm piece sparkling ginger, finely grated
  9. 125g snow peas, trimmed, halved diagonally
  10. 2 infant bok choy, trimmed, quartered
  11. 1/four cup oyster sauce
  12. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  13. 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  14. Sliced crimson chilli, to serve
  15. Fresh coriander leaves, to serve

The instruction how to make Sichuan pork and buckwheat stir-fry recipe

  1. Cook buckwheat in a medium saucepan of boiling water for 15 to 20 mins or until smooth. Drain. Rinse underneath bloodless water. Drain.
  2. Meanwhile, integrate red meat and peppercorns in a bowl. Heat a wok over excessive heat. Add 2 teaspoons oil. Swirl to coat. Add half the beef. Stir-fry for two to 3 minutes or till browned. Transfer to a bowl. Cover to maintain warm. Repeat with every other 2 teaspoons of closing oil and last pork. Remove wok from warmness. Carefully wipe clean.
  3. Return wok to heat. Add last oil. Swirl to coat. Add onion. Stir-fry for three minutes or until golden. Add capsicum, garlic and ginger. Stir-fry for 2 mins or till fragrant and beginning to soften. Add snow peas and bok choy. Stir-fry for 1 minute. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, buckwheat, pork and any resting juices. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes or till heated thru. Sprinkle with chilli and coriander leaves. Serve.
