  1. 1 barbecued hen
  2. 6 flour tortillas
  3. 250g tub Chris Traditional Tzatziki dip
  4. 2 cups child rocket leaves
  5. 1 small box tabouli salad (see observe)

The instruction how to make Tzatziki, fowl and tabouli wraps

  1. Remove skin and meat from bird. Discard skin and bones. Shred hen.
  2. Place tortillas onto a flat work floor. Spread each with 1 tablespoon of tzatziki. Top with rocket, tabouli and hen. Drizzle every with a similarly 1 half of tablespoons of tzatziki. Season with salt and pepper. Roll up. Serve.
