The ingredient of Chicken and leek parcels

  1. 20g butter
  2. 1 leek, chopped
  3. 1 clove garlic, overwhelmed
  4. 500g hen thigh fillets, diced
  5. 4-five mushrooms, sliced

  8. four sheets puff pastry, thawed
  9. 1 egg, overwhelmed

  1. Preheat oven to 200C.
  2. Fry the leek and garlic within the butter. Add chook and brown.
  3. Add mushrooms, and fry for a minute. Add chicken stock and cream and simmer to lessen.
