  1. 2 x 307g packets chocolate bar variety mix
  2. 2 1/four cups self-elevating flour
  3. half cup Dutch-processed cocoa
  4. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  5. 1 cup brown sugar
  6. three eggs, gently overwhelmed
  7. half cup vegetable oil
  8. 300g bitter cream
  9. half cup milk
  10. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  11. 3/four cup thickened cream, whipped
  12. Salted caramel sauce, to serve
  13. Cocoa powder, to serve

  1. Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan-forced. Grease and line base and aspects of a 6cm-deep, 22cm spherical cake pan.
