  4. 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  5. 1 1/4 cups ground almonds (almond meal)
  6. 5 eggwhites
  7. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  8. 36 clean raspberries or frozen raspberries
  9. icing sugar, to serve

  1. Preheat oven to 200u00b0C. Lightly grease 3, 12 x 1 1/2-tablespoon (30ml) ability mini muffin pans.
  2. Heat butter in a saucepan over medium warmth for three to five minutes or till melted. Remove from warmness. Stand for five minutes.
  3. Sift sugar, flour and cocoa into a bowl. Stir in almonds. Add eggwhites. Stir to mix.
