The ingredient of Marble cake

  14. 230g (1 half of cups) icing sugar mixture

The instruction how to make Marble cake

  1. Preheat oven to 180u00b0C. Brush a round 20cm (base size) cake pan with melted butter to oil. Line the base and facet with non-stick baking paper.
  2. Use an electric beater to overcome together the butter, sugar and vanilla in a bowl till pale and creamy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating properly after every addition until blended. Add 1/2 the flour to the butter mixture and stir until simply mixed. Add the bitter cream and ultimate flour, in batches, and stir till just blended. Divide the batter amongst 3 bowls.
