  1. 2 cups undeniable flour
  2. 150g butter, chilled, chopped
  3. 1 egg yolk
  4. 2 tablespoons chilled water
  5. 2 teaspoons chopped clean rosemary leaves
  6. 1 medium leek, trimmed, halved, washed, thinly sliced
  7. 200g desiree potatoes, unpeeled, thinly sliced
  8. 100g Danish feta cheese, crumbled
  9. 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  10. 2 teaspoons olive oil
  11. 1 egg, gently overwhelmed
  12. Fresh rosemary sprigs, to serve

The instruction how to make Potato and leek pie

  1. Preheat oven to 220u00b0C/2 hundredu00b0C fan-pressured. Process flour and butter until aggregate resembles breadcrumbs. Add egg yolk, chilled water and rosemary. Process until mixture just comes collectively, adding more water if wished. Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface. Knead till smooth.
  2. Place dough between 2 sheets of baking paper. Roll out to shape a 30cm round. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Cover. Refrigerate for half-hour.

Serve with rosemary sprigs.
