  1. 3kg sebago potatoes, peeled, reduce into 2.5cm portions
  2. 1 tablespoon olive oil

The instruction how to make Roasted potato

  1. Place potato onto organized trays. Drizzle with oil. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat. Roast for 1 hour or until potato is browned and simply soft. Set apart to cool absolutely. See Notes to Freeze.
