The ingredient of Ginger and mint mules

  1. 500ml (2 cups) ginger beer, chilled
  2. 250ml (1 cup) vodka
  3. 1 cup clean mint leaves
  4. 2 limes, cut into pieces
  5. Ice cubes, to serve
  6. 125ml (1/2 cup) water
  7. 110g (1/2 cup) caster sugar
  8. 2 big fresh mint sprigs
  9. 1 x 5cm-piece clean ginger, peeled, thinly sliced

The instruction how to make Ginger and mint mules

  1. To make the ginger & mint syrup, integrate the water, sugar, mint and ginger in a medium saucepan and stir over low warmth until sugar dissolves. Increase warmness to high and boil, with out stirring, for five minutes or till syrup thickens slightly. Set aside for 30 minutes to chill completely. Remove and discard the ginger and mint.
  2. Combine the ginger & mint syrup, ginger beer, vodka, mint, lime and ice cubes in a large jug and stir to combine. Serve straight away.
