  2. 200g snow peas, trimmed, cut into matchsticks
  3. 2 carrots, peeled, reduce into matchsticks
  4. 5cm piece golden ginger, peeled, cut into matchsticks

  6. 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  7. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
